1. HI Bec, According to the American Bar Association’s article, FLUNKING CIVICS, nearly half of Americans could not identify the 3 Branches of our Government as outlined in the US Constitution. Many adults do not understand the Electoral College. I really like the way you paraphrased how the world series is similar to the Electoral College. Could you post that here? Thank you! 😀

2. I thought learning about how we elect the president was very interesting. I didn’t know much about the Electoral Collage before, but now I get why we had this for voting (it took a while to transport the votes in the early days of the U.S.) I never know that most states used the ‘winner takes all” concept. Comparing the Electoral Collage to the WOrld Series helped me understand this lesson better.
